The gluing of the parts with bicomponent resin is carried out by 4 anthropomorphic robots on 6 axes.

Thanks to the specificity of the assembly line and of the cradles (built and modifiable on site and based on continual demand) we can produce batches composed of small or large units of pieces and, in addition, we are able to produce up to 4 different models at the same time.

Changes in production take place without stopping which allows us to carry out a policy of cost control and guarantees swift delivery.
